Unlike most fragrance companies: every item Wicked Good Perfume sells is handcrafted and made to order. They want you to be happy with your purchase, so are proud to accept a return for store credit and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental United States. (NOTE: At this time, the company cannot offer returns on orders placed outside of the United States due to international shipping regulations.)
Samples may not be returned.
Sale items (items purchased using a promotion or discount code) are final sale.
Custom, special order or private label orders are all final sale.
No exceptions.
The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date stated by your tracking number.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return your item(s)
Fragrances must contain at least 95% or more of original liquid and be in original packaging.
Wicked Good is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage & return tracking number when shipping back your return.
