Just make sure your shoes are unworn (in new condition), undamaged, and in their original packaging.</p><p>Dooeys will provide a return shipping label and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to exchange, shipping is free.</p><p>Holidays — Dooeys extends its holiday return/exchange window during the holiday season to January 14th for all orders placed in November & December. </p><p>We ask you send your Dooeys back within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label. </p><p>As soon as the shoes' condition has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded. <br /></p></div>

<p>Go up a half size as these have a snug fit and look best with a bit of space behind your heel. Fits standard width.</p>
