They want you to be happy with your purchase, so are proud to accept a return for store credit and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental United States. (NOTE: At this time, the company cannot offer returns on orders placed outside of the United States due to international shipping regulations.)</p><p>Samples may not be returned.<br />Sale items (items purchased using a promotion or discount code) are final sale.<br />Custom, special order or private label orders are all final sale.<br />No exceptions.</p><p>The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund. <br />Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date stated by your tracking number. <br />The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return your item(s)<br />Fragrances must contain at least 95% or more of original liquid and be in original packaging.<br />Wicked Good is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage & return tracking number when shipping back your return. </p></div>
