Once your return is received and inspected, they’ll issue you a refund or exchange in the amount of your original purchase price. Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of Soothi's error.</p><p>Personalized, customized, sale, discontinued, sample or promotional merchandise is non-returnable. Refunds will always be issued to the same account to which they were charged and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return.
