Once your return is received and inspected, they’ll issue you a refund or exchange in the amount of your original purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of Soothi's error.</p><p>Personalized, customized, sale, discontinued, sample or promotional merchandise is non-returnable.
