<div id="shipping-policies"><p><b>Return Policy</b></p><p>Woodley + Lowe gets it--sometimes it just doesn’t work, so the company is happy to offer free returns and/or exchanges. Whatever you’re returning must be unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase. They'll pay for your return shipping--they just send you a quick questionnaire first to tell them why so they can make it better the next time around.</p><p>Please email hi@woodleylowe.com to let the company know you would like to make a return, and they will send you a pre-paid return label. </p><p>Once they receive your return and have the chance to give it a look, they'll initiate your refund, which will go to the method of payment used on the order. If you paid with a credit or debit card, it can take a few days for the company to process a refund and show the money in your account. If you prefer not to wait for a refund, email hi@woodleylowe.com with your order details and they can add a store credit to your account that can be used right away.</p><p><b>Refund Policy</b></p><p>To Make An Evergreen Return</p><p>After many, many wears, even your most favorite clothes have an expiration date. And since nothing makes the company sadder than imagining their pieces sitting in a landfill, they’d love to take them back and do something else with them. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had it or what condition it’s in, send any Woodley + Lowe piece and they’ll cover shipping.</p><p>Just send an email to hi@woodleylowe.com letting the company know you have worn pieces they can take off your hands and they'll reply with a shipping label for you to use for the return. Once they've had a chance to inspect the condition of the piece(s), they'll either donate or recycle, and you'll get a store credit as a thank you for making the world a better place, one garment at a time!</p></div>
