Returns for a refund or to exchange for another product due to purchasing the wrong item or simply deciding that you don't want the item purchased are understandable. The return policy for exchange or refund requires that all exchanges or refunds are within 30 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected you will be given a refund or credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note, shipping is not refundable.

If something breaks or if you receive a product that was damaged or does not work properly, please email inquiry@lazarusartisangoods.com and send a photo and description. Your leather good will be replaced or restored at no charge to you. Please note that leather goods will naturally have blemishes or color variances. These are naturally occurring in the tanning process of the leather and we do not exchange or refund items that are related to natural blemishes in the leather.</p>
